Megan was professional and very easy to work with. She anticipated any logistical problems and did an excellent job of executing my vision for the day. She was very good at managing the crowd (180 guests) and ushering them to the appropriate areas of the site at different points in the evening. Her pre-wedding checklists were a life-saver and she helped me remain calm prior to and during the wedding with her exceptional organization.

 I found Megan through IB, and am so glad that I did. So many times throughout the day, I wondered what in the world we would have done without her. She forced me to be somewhat organized before the event, asked the vendors questions I wouldn't have thought to ask, accompanied me on meetings with vendors (some of which were very tense, but she was totally unruffled), provided moral support, set up lawn games day-of, interacted with vendors, and kept things going according to schedule (as much as is possible with me anyway). I know there were so many other things she did that I didn't even notice, but I would have noticed if they weren't done. Totally indispensable. - Rebecca

What can I say? Beyond exceptional!! Megan was a consummate professional, completely assured and able to handle smoothly anything that came up without even looking ruffled. When the bartenders didn’t have a corkscrew – she did. When the DJ missed his cue in the ceremony music, she handled it – in fact, so smoothly that Matt and I were the only ones who noticed! And not heavy-handed either, she didn't order anyone around but got everything done. From set-up to clean-up throughout the whole day I had absolute faith in her ability to take care of every detail, and was not disappointed in the slightest. The planning meetings we had were wonderful, very reassuring - she had the most comprehensive spreadsheet I've ever seen - nothing was overlooked! She came to our walk-through, and asked all the questions I should have thought of, coordinated with our caterer and DJ and the venue, followed up with all our vendors for us the week before the wedding, handled all the set-up and clean-up organization the day of, and even made sure we got some snacks after the ceremony in our 'escape-room.' She was utterly amazing in every way.
