Day of Wedding Coordination

Basic coordination starts at just $300. Packages and services are customized especially for you to meet the needs of your event and budget.  Let us be there every step of the day. Below are samples of what we can provide you.

Prior to the Wedding:
  • Review your wedding to-do list, create initial day-of time line, and review day of expectations, discuss your meaningful details

  • Recommend Vendors We Know and Trust

  • Confirm Delivery and Arrival Time with all Vendors

  • Attend Rehearsal or Final Walk Through

  • Coordinate with Your Officiant on finalized day-of time line

Day Of Duties:

  • Oversee Décor Set Up

  • Manage Vendors - Meet & Direct

  • Maintain Communication with Vendors & Services / Items Provided as Promised

  • Distribute tip envelopes to vendor personnel

  • Cue Wedding Party & Family for all required activities (seating, line up, processional, toasts, cake cutting, etc)

  • Coordinate with Vendors throughout the event

  • Ensure Proper Flow of Ceremony

  • Ensure Proper Flow of Reception

  • Escort family and friends to their tables

  • Ensure Execution of your 'Meaningful Details'

  • Carry-Out Backup Plans (if necessary)

  • Oversee Clean Up, Decor Removal, Final Inspection by Venue

$100 Deposit Due at Signing

Cancellation Policy:
60-90 days prior to wedding- 25% Due
45-60 days prior to wedding- 50% Due
0-45 days prior to wedding- 100% Due
